Once data is purchased, no refunds are available for dissatisfaction with the data, unless the data content falls below 70% accuracy at the time of purchase. (Our test is to sample a random selection of 1000 records in the purchased dataset), TDI supplies accurate, comprehensive and low priced contact names databases (averaging 70% cheaper than leading suppliers of similar information) anywhere today. The reason for this policy is to prevent fraudulent purchases and deliberate attempts at refunds.

Each database set content changes over time and as a result TDI cannot be held responsible for errors, missing data, incorrect data unless the magnitude of errors exceed more than 30% of the total purchased dataset. The very nature of data collection means there will be mistakes, duplicates e.g. George Smith and G Smyth, might be the same person. This error is difficult to prevent due to the continuing updating of the whole dataset. Every effort is made to ensure the datasets are as accurate and as timely as possible.
